As a huge defenders of indigenous grape verieties, we decided to produce a high quality sparkling wine, from 120 months of aging on the lees. Blend of xarel·lo and sumoll from old vines over 80 years old. Both symbols of our winery. Picked by hand, skimmed and with a manual selection table, they make it an excellent Corpinnat, balanced and with fine bubbles.
