Due to the opening of the new cellar in 2011 we decided to produce a sparkling wine of high quality, starting from 60 months of aging. Blend of xarel·lo and sumoll from old vines over 80 years old. Both symbols of our winery. Picked by hand, skidded and with a manual selection table, they make it an excellent one Clàssic Penedès, balanced with fine bubbles.
