Pale yellow, with good carbonation, lively and bright.
Clean, intense and aromatic. At first it reminds of citrus peels, apples and freshly baked bread, to give way, after a while, to peaches from the vine, quince and unripe pineapple.
Fresh and with good acidity. The carbonic melts gently, leaving the mouth honeyed and recalling the citrus notes it presents in aromas.
