Their cuisine is born from the fusion of diverse influences and perspectives, with the desire to create a unique and shared gastronomic experience, designed to be remembered as a special moment around the table.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-column pb-6 aos-init aos-animate\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"150\">\n<div class=\"text-uppercase\"><strong>Mas Bertran<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"mt-4\">\n<p>Mas Bertran is a family winery located in Sant Mart\u00ed Sarroca, in the heart of the Pened\u00e8s. Founded in 2005 and managed by cousins Eva and Roser, the project was born from the desire to keep the family&#8217;s winemaking tradition alive and to reclaim the roots of the territory through careful and honest production.<br \/>\nThe winery works mainly with Xarel\u00b7lo and Sumoll Negre, historical varieties of the Pened\u00e8s that provide identity and uniqueness to their wines and sparkling wines. The old vines, cultivated with respectful practices and minimal intervention, are the starting point of a philosophy that seeks to transmit the purity of the landscape and the strength of the terroir in every bottle.<br \/>\nWith limited productions and a clear commitment to quality, Mas Bertran combines respect for tradition with an innovative and sustainable outlook.
